We check into the Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf for a two night stay.   Enjoy your well appointed room and of course, if you are inclined enjoy the casino withe all of your favorite games during your stay.

Dinner finds us at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in East Moline.  It’s Greek To Me!  And Greek to all of us tonight as we are introduced to Greek Cuisine and Greek Culture.  Hear some Greek Music and experience an evening of enjoyable Greek traditions. See a Greek Dance Performance and learn a Greek dance or two.  See a cooking demo of Baklava and enjoy the dinner made just for us!  Take your official Greek Name Tag with you as a remembrance of our evening.  See the Church and learn about the Religious displays.  Your dinner menu will feature Pastitsio (Greek Lasagna) Greek Salad, Bread, Greek Dessert, Iced Tea and Coffee.  It’s an entire Greek experience—Cuisine, Culture and Music all brought to you by the good people of the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.  Opa!

We will depart the hotel very early this morning and make our way to the Celebration Belle.  It’s an All Day Cruise from LeClaire, Iowa to Dubuque, Iowa.  Your day beings with a full breakfast buffet on the boat.  You’ll join the captain and crew for a day on the Mighty Mississippi River.  Enjoy  fabulous entertainment throughout the cruise day.  Experience locking through two locks along with narration by the Captain.  Your full lunch buffet is also included today.  Enjoy the leisurely cruise with walks around the boat, or just sitting in the outdoor seating to watch the Mighty Mississippi. Of course there is plenty of indoor seating as well.  The Celebration Belle has been cruising the Mississippi River in the Quad Cities area for many years and is fully ADA compliant and offers an elevator to get from deck to deck.

From the moment you are greeted upon arrival, the entire crew provides exceptional service throughout your cruise day.  Reserved seating is arranged for your meals on the main dining deck. And there are 2 observation decks to sit and enjoy the views.  Visit their “Best of Everything” Gift Shop while on board and don’t forget your camera!  Live musical entertainment is offered during the cruise and if you have the urge to dance, the dance floor is all yours!  Have fun today on your river cruise.  You may choose to cruise in the indoor comfort of the boat or outdoor relaxation – four decks.  There is nothing like the fascination of the river to relax and entertain you.   We top the day here on the river with a prime rib dinner and then depart for our hotel to spend the evening at your leisure.  Test Lady Luck, relax and enjoy the hotel or spend some time in your room before you turn in for the night.
