Next, we’ll enjoy dinner this evening at Lynn’s Paradise Café, voted one of the top four fun places to eat in America by Esquire Magazine.
We’ll then return to our hotel for an unforgettable, evening performance of Carl Hurley’s Cavalcade Of Comedy. This will be the first of two performances we get to see, where we can enjoy some inspiring and uplifting comedy from this veteran comedian and his talented ensemble cast.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and then it’s time for our second Cavalcade of Comedy performance, with an entirely new cast. We then depart the hotel, and lunch in Louisville will be on your own.
Then, we prepare ourselves for a ghost tour of Old Louisville. Brace yourself for a haunted tour of one of the nation’s largest, historic preservation districts. See stately homes and scenic alleyways while we journey through the elegant past of Louisville and hear tales of eerie spirits that simply refuse to leave. Next, we will make our way to the world-renowned, Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, where you’ll see the world’s largest baseball bat. Discover how these famous baseball bats have become essential to the game of baseball ever since their introduction in 1884. This evening will then find us at the famous Derby Dinner Playhouse for their annual, Murder-Mystery themed, dinner show. The playhouse has been a Louisville tradition for over 30 years.
Day 3 (B-D)
We’ll start this day off with a wonderful breakfast buffet cruise on board the Belle Of Louisville, a perennial favorite. You’ll be able to see the beautiful fall foliage as we cruise the Ohio River. After the cruise, we’ll make our way over to Jeffersonville, IN and the unique charm of Schimpff’s Confectionary. It is one of the oldest family-owned candy businesses in the US, complete with a 50’s-styled soda fountain and tin ceiling. Next, we visit the beautiful Howard Steamboat Museum, where we’ll learn of the grand history of the Great Steamboat Era in our guided tour. This beautiful, turn-of-the-century home was constructed by the Howard family who were premiere steamboat builders. Lunch will follow as we travel on to Starlight, IN and Joe Huber’s Family Farm & Restaurant. Both a restaurant and winery, Joe Huber’s makes all of their meals fresh from scratch.
